When setting up your project you are asked to input the start date and finish date of your project. Report Hawk then calculates how many weeks your project will last and bills your credit card.

How do you back up our data?

We divide and replicate data among multiple RAID hard disk drives. Data is backed up nightly and in addition, piped to our disaster recovery network location. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Our hardware is also fully redundant so even if one disk or server fails, nothing will be lost and the system will not go down.

What is your uptime?

Can you invoice us?

Well, it really depends; to maintain a low over head we only accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. This saves us and you money by keeping our weekly pricing structure low. It also saves a lot of trees! Since we do not have to print invoices, envelopes and deposit slips. However, we understand that not all companies are able to do this. If you have an issue, please contact us to discuss.
